Kelly and Lori Chapman, along with Lori’s mother, Shirley Linnen have been in business since 1987. Kelly has been a hair stylist since 1983 and is Artistic Director for Phazes Salon and Day Spa; he still currently works creating and cutting behind the chair four days a week. He loves the artistic side of what he does and has become well known for his talent with his shears. Lori has been a professional Make-Up Artist and Master Esthetician and began her career in 1983 also. She loves the art of makeup artistry, and her passions lie in making people feel good about themselves. Most of her time is dedicated to operations and growth in the business. Shirley is a Master Esthetician, her years of experience since 1987 in treating the skin, understanding of skin physiology, and skin care treatments has proven her as a renowned Master Esthetician.

 

Their dream was to have a warm and comfortable place where anyone could come and feel loved and accepted for who they are and leave feeling more beautiful on the inside and outside as well.

Each time you spend more than $35 in services our computer automatically credits you with rewards points that you may use at any time towards services.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Please allow at least 24-hour notice to cancel any scheduled apointment and at least 48 hours notice for packages, groups and holiday. There is a 50% cancellation fee applied to the credit card used to secure your appointment when proper notice is not provided. No shows are charged at 100% of the service.

 

Children Requirments:

We accept clients of all ages. To ensure relaxation, we ask that only those to whom services are rendered accompany our clients during services. We love children however, we want you to relax and the other patrons to be able to relax as well. We encourage you to make childcare arrangements and enjoy the salon and spa without your little ones.

 

Arrival:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment to fill out the proper intake forms. No cell phones or children are allowed in the spa area.

We guarantee our chemical services when maintained by professional salon products.

 

Return Policy

Thirty day money back return policy on all retail products. Custom blended products are non-refundable.

There will be a $20 fee for returned checks.

 

Gratuities/Tipping

Tips are accepted at the reception desk and credited to the staff member through our computer system. Gratutities are not included in our services/treatment rates. In appreciation for exceptional service a 10-20% is customary and greatly appreciated.

 

Gift Cards:

Gift Cards are available for any dollar amount or packages can be designed especially for you at our front desk by our salon coordinator. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
