Commitment To Service

Phazes Salon and Day Spa is dedicated to service and value. All of our licensed specialists sincerely enjoy their profession and it is reflective on the smiles and repeat business of our clients. We promise individual attention and great value for all of our customers.

 Appointments

 Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled SPA appointment to fill out the proper intake forms. No cell phones or children are allowed in the spa area.  We schedule appointments according to our professional staff's availability and specialty.

If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late may limit the time allocated for your service; it could possibly lessen a portion of your service. So that our schedules can stay on time for ALL of our guests and most importantly so that you to enjoy all of your pre-scheduled time please be prompt. As a courtesy to all clients, treatments are completed as scheduled. 

 Gift Cards/Certificates

 Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. You can print a a gift certificate yourself or email it to your recipient by clicking into Gift Certificate or purchase a Gift Card at our Guest Services desk. Gift Cards and Certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

 

Please allow at least 24-hour notice to cancel any scheduled appointment and at least 48 hours notice for packages and groups. There is a 50% cancellation fee applied to the credit card used to secure your appointment when proper notice is not provided. No shows are charged at 100% of the service.

Gratuities/Tipping

 Tips are accepted at the reception desk and credited to your service provider through our computer system. Gratuities are not included in our services/treatment rates. In appreciation for exceptional service a 15-18% is customary and greatly appreciated.

Children Requirements

We accept clients of all ages. To ensure relaxation, we ask that only those to whom services are rendered accompany our clients during services. We love children however; we want you to relax and the other patrons to be able to relax as well. We encourage you to make childcare arrangements and enjoy the salon and spa without your little ones.

Service Guarantee

We guarantee our chemical services when maintained by our professional salon products.

Payment

 Cash, Check, Visa, MC, Discover A $20 fee is charged for returned checks.
